Blood Masquerade Prologue: Sunshine

Im walking here on a grassy field in the dead of the night, Feeling depression tear me apart as the moon slowly let her tears fall down on me,

"Moon, why are you so sad, why are you filling me up with your own depression"
"Just as you, my friend, im alone...im always surrounded by dark and silence. All that time i always see a shining spot out there filling me with hope. I wish that the sun always glowing on me from far away could come closer, then i would be happy"

I kept walking on the huge grassy field, as hours passed by the moon got further and further away from me.
Im completely covered in darkness, my tears fall on the ground as i pull the razorblade out of my pocket.
I pull it to my wrist and cut. My blurry eyes makes it hard to see. It doesnt hurt now.
Slowly the sun rise above the mountains. I wipe my tears away. I can feel i got blood in my face.
As i lie down in the high grass i can see the sun rise above me. Hours passes away.
Suddenly it hits me, why havent i died, why isnt everything black.
I rise up. The sun shines on me. I look at my wrist. Not a singel scratch.
I open my hand. I got a deep wound in my thumb. It isnt bleeding anymore.
I move my hand to the pocket.
The sun fills me with a precious joy.

"Sun, why are you so happy?"
"Because i know that one day i will catch up with my friend far away, that always reflects my sunshine. He seems so lonely over there, but i know that one day i will make him happy, and that makes me happy"

I dont take the razorblade out of my pocket.

"Thanks sunshine for making me happy"

I watch the horizone. Far away i can see something moving against me.
Its a girl. She walks over to me.
Im just standing there like an idiot as she approach me. The sun shines bright. The girl is beautiful.

"Hi, my name is Hikage,"she says.....

Demon Diary Grand Finale: Silence

Jigoku was in danger. I had to save her. I have met her once but she is the on filling my heart. D dont know what i should do without her. My power started to grow. The air got filled with darkness. Suddenly two huge dark wings grew out from my back, i could fly. My scenses were improving with an amazing speed. The angels that were in the room was like in an other dimension....I flew right into the mist, allowed my newachieved vision to lead me in the right direction. The further i approached to the gates of nirvana the mist grew thicker. It became hard to breath.

All of a sudden the mist disappeared...
The gates of Nirvana rised up in front of me, two huge darkcoulored doors leading right into eternal misery. From both sides of the gate there was chains reaching against an angel kneeling on the ground in front of it. It was Jigoku. I ran to her. She was sore and bruised, and however i tryed to reach her she didnt listen. Dark red tears started to flow from my eyes. I sat beside her, Played with her hair as i was crying all along. She could not leave me now, she never said goodbye.

I heard a sound a bit away. As i turned around i could see a black liquid flowing from the ground. It started to take the form of a human....when it didnt move any longer i could see that it was a woman, a black statue of unknown material. Such beauty...I walked towards it....There was a huge crack in the body, from the head and down to the left foot. The shell opened and there she was. Eve of paradise. She got long dark hair that was flowing just as the liquid on the ground. Her eyes were bright purple and she weared a black dress, she was very small and young.

She spoke to me, "Lord of Horror and doom, what do you find in this pity angel that you love so much...?"

Everything turned black....i could only see Eve, everything else was hiddenin darkness. I was filled with undescribable fear.
"Such a pity, she bursted out, The evil lord himself, frightened, of what? Do you love that angel so much that you fear for her life?"
It felt that i was not allowed to give her anything else but a simple answer.
"Yes", i said
"How much do you love her? How much are you willing to give in exchange for her life young demon? How about a test? Ill let you choose, between her life, and everyone else lives."

I could see everyone i knew, The goddess, Shizuke, Reaper and every human being screaming of pain as blood poured out of them.

"Its between them and her", she said and pointed at Jigoku.....Jikura crawled up beside me, she was full of blood, and shivered in pain, she pulled my arm. "Help me", she said.

"Could you even give your own life for her", Eve said and in an instant my head started to hurt and blood filled my eyes and my mouth...

My fear blew away and i bursted out, "I WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR HER"

"As you wish", Eve said. and i could see everyon lying down lifeless on the ground in their own blood that filled the earth and heaven. "Goodbye, young demon, The angels life that is worth so much....is safe, now sleep, and have good dreams, because it will take a eternity until you wake up again"

The world turned black. Angels, humans and demons vanished, flushed away from reality in their own dreams. The only sign of life in this sleeping world is an angel, lying on the ground, slowly singing. "I will follow you into the dark"
